Hey Oscar, I’m 15 and I’ve had these puffy nipples since I was 12 so it’s been 3 years, I used to have a little too much body fat but I was never too overweight however I always had these hard things. I look much fitter now with a flat stomach but I still can’t get rid of these boobs!! I also find that bench press makes it worse but this exercise is required for my rowing sport. I am pretty fed up and just want to look regular like the other boys in swimming lesson and have a social life. But these thing aren’t showing any signs of going away. Do you recommend surgery for a 15 year old or are there any medical solutions. I am pretty healthy and dieting or exercise is building muscles in other areas but not removing the boobs.
