Gosh, this s me so sad. I breastfed my son until two weeks ago, he is 2 1/4 years old. I was never made to feel uncomfortable in public, and often, older women came and told me what a great thing I was doing. For the record, I actually have massive boobs, and before having a I never thought I would breast feed – but my hormones, my love for my son completely overshadowed my own feelings about big-boobs. Yes it was hard, it was painful, but it made my son well, it sustained him in life, and when he was in hospital with double pneumonia, I could feed him!
