We like big butts and we cannot lie…but
Stretch is a curvy gal’s best friend, but there are some limits to what it can do for you. Too much stretch and you’ll risk looking like you’re sporting leggings. Or, worse, your jeans will permanently sag and slouch after just a few wears. Denim that incorporates between one and five percent elastane, Lycra or spandex should give your bum enough wiggle room without being overly stretchy. The makers behind numerous “curve” denim brands understand that women with big butts, wide hips and thick thighs can’t just “size up” and expect their jeans will still fit well all over. Most notably, the roomier styles manage to accentuate curves, not add bulk, including the
Two words you need to know at Abercrombie: Curve. Love. The Curve Love styles encompass multiple silhouettes and fabrications, all of them with a nipped-in waist that eliminates a back waistband gap.
The appeal of these jeans is that they are engineered to accentuate and lift the rear end, from the placement of back pockets a little higher, super-stretch fabric made of cotton, terylene and spandex and a waistband that’s a little thicker, to make the tummy appear a little flatter.
